February 12, 2025

In response to the emergency declairation by the Johnson County Commissioners court yesterday, we would like to address concerns about the application of biosolids in Johnson County and its implications for PFAS contamination of natural resources.

We want to emphasize that the PFAS contamination of ground water referenced in the declaration does not effect Parker Water Supply Corporation Customers. Through the water quality monitoring parameters mandated by the (EPA), our sampling has not detected PFAS in the groundwater from our wells that provide water to our customers. We...
